Your First Visit

If you've not had a massage before, let me go through some of the basic questions that most people have.

What will happen?
When you arrive, we'll chat a few minutes. I'll review your form (link to it is above) and ask any questions I might have. That's a time you can ask any questions I don't cover here. I'll show you to the massage room and the rest room. Once in the massage room, you will disrobe to whatever level you are comfortable. Your modesty and privacy are preserved at all times during the treatment. Only the body parts I'm working on are uncovered. Some people are comfortable in the nude under the sheets and others leave on their undergarments or wear loose shorts. I'll give you a couple minutes to get ready and will ask permission before entering the room.

Regardless of which massage you've requested, you should let me know if you have any particularly tense or sore areas, so I can work on them or avoid them, as you wish. Anytime in the massage, you can ask me to avoid a particular area or work deeper on a muscle.

When I'm done, I'll let you know (or wake you up) and leave the room while you get dressed.
